Seil Senja att: Øystein A. Østgård – Seilkompetanse, hereafter called Seil Senja, is responsible for the company’s processing of personal data.

What personal data is processed in the business

Seil Senja collects the following data about customers:

• Name
• Mailing address
• Age
• E-mail
• Phone

In addition, purchase history and other relevant information is collected, such as registration times for sailing courses and trips.

Why we process this personal data

We collect this data in order to be able to handle registration, issue payment documents and plan sailing courses and trips. In addition, this data is necessary for the ability to send information electronically and/or by regular mail, where this is required by law or requested by customers.

Why personal data is stored and who has access

The data is stored in a database at our hosting provider Domeneshop. The database is associated with our administrative system. Only Seil Senja has access to this data.

How long the personal data is kept and whether it can be deleted

The data is available to Seil Senja until deletion is requested by customers. Customers always have the opportunity to ask to see all information stored in connection to their relation with Seil Senja. As a general rule, data can be deleted at any time. The exception is data that cannot be deleted due to the Norwegian Accounting Act.

We will not sell, pass on or disclose customer data to third parties.
